Very confused.
1. He lives as a woman, but still loves women. Therefore, he is not identifying with a man in the man's sense, but can not be considered transgendered, either. (In the technical sense of the word.) Most transgenders are NOT homosexual - they are simply operating under the belief that they should have been born another sex, and act their lives out that way, including dating the OPPOSITE sex of who they think they are.
2. He considers himself a lesbian...that says it all right there. So, he might be considered a homosexual transgender.

I know several people who are male, live as women and still like women. And most men are lesbians trapped in a mans body LOL

Dang! he is gonna break the guiness record here! LOL! I would say he dresses as a woman because he is affeminated, and he is straight because loves women. Each person is unique and has his/her own way to dress. nothing wrong with that.
