I'm going to go out on a limb and say that the letter WXY are the odd ones out. The next sequence of 3 consenants would be RST.
I also noticed there is only 7 letters between the D and J, and L and R.

B,C,D,K,X have vertical symmetry; you can fold the top onto the bottom and it matches.
W and Y have left-right symmetry, you can fold the left side onto the right side and it matches.
