I try not to give Saul- Paul or John of Patmos too much attention ... It became my conclusion that they were both complete schizophrenics long ago ...

It means the same thing it always meant, that Jesus is coming back someday and He will descend straight from Heaven:

9After he said this, he was taken up before their very eyes, and a cloud hid him from their sight.

10They were looking intently up into the sky as he was going, when suddenly two men dressed in white stood beside them. 11"Men of Galilee," they said, "why do you stand here looking into the sky? This same Jesus, who has been taken from you into heaven, will come back in the same way you have seen him go into heaven."

"9 And when he had said these things, as they were looking on, he was lifted up, and a cloud took him out of their sight. 10 And while they were gazing into heaven as he went, behold, two men stood by them in white robes, 11 and said, “Men of Galilee, why do you stand looking into heaven? This Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will come in the same way as you saw him go into heaven.”

Absolutely nothing... why, what do you think it means to us today in 2006?

Jesus is going to return the same way he was taken up to Heaven. It means exactly what it says

It simply means that Jesus was taken up to heaven after he finished his purpose on earth and he will return from the clouds to the earth some day. He wont be the Little infant next time though.

I think it means that Jesus will come again. Doesn't seem to be anything all that deep or mystical in it...
