how can i get taller? i heard about growth sperts... do they just happen at night on one certain day what if i dont get sleep on that day though i dont get it!

You're just the way God wants you right now. You will grown when your body is ready. Growth spurts do happen but there is no specific time they happen. Most likely when you mid section starts to spread (get a little chubby) your probably getting ready to grow up. Now that doesn't mean eat a lot to grow in the mid section. Just let nature take it's course.
If you don't grow any taller don't worry about it. Big things come in small packages and God doesn't create junk.

Boys normally grow slower than girls, a lot of the boys I went to school with didn't get their growth spurts until around 7th-8th grade. Don't worry about it.
Also, growth spurts don't occur over night, its just a term used to describe a lot of growth within a short period of time.

my sis is 12 and she's about 5'4" or somethnng......bt depends on person to person
