My left eye is fine. I'm a bit worried beacuse I then have to drive home and I have to try and focus my eye so it's not going inwards. What is causing this and why does it only happen after I work out? No stupid answers please... thanks :)

I have never worn glasses and my eye sight is fine apart from after I have worked out.

Call your optometrist and make an appointment. They can handle things like this just fine...trust me. And if not, they will refer you to someone else. Similar to how a PCP (primary care physician) works. They handle most things but if it is more serioius and beyond their scope of knowledge, they refer you to an appropriate specialist.
How long have you been experiencing this? This would be an important fact to tell your doctor. Has it ever happened when you hadn't just worked out, as in late at night or after you did a lot of reading? Without knowing more and doing some eye tests, it's hard to guess what could be causing this. Lots of people have an eye turn (if it's going in it's referred to as an eso deviation). Some have constant eye turns and some have intermittent ones that come and go depending on the stress they have put on the system.
Good luck in finding the answer!

Hmmm, I have never seen or heard anything like this before. The only thing I can think of telling you is to see a doctor. Some sort of Doctor, eyecare or otherwise, they may have some insight. It could be something more serious like some sort of illness. You should take care of this before you find out the hard way.

Your eyesight is not fine if your eye is going out of focus when you are under physical stress.
Go in to the eye doctor, the full opthomologist... not the optometrist.
Get evaluated.
It could be from circulation.
It could stem from the occipital lobe in your brain.
Please go in and see what's up.
