If you don't like sweet girly drinks put several dashes of Angostura bitters in a glass of iced soda water. Amount of bitters can be adjusted to taste and you can add a slice of lemon to make it a bit fancier. It's also good for an upset stomach.

Soda water and flavoring is good. Sprite with grenadine is good. Add a twist to any drink makes it decorative and different if you're not adding alcohol.

Tonic with a twist of lime garnished with three olives is good. Virgin daquri or pina colada are also good, especially frozen. Orange juice and cranberry juice is great, too.
