I give my 13 month old daughter orange juice, she loves it, and it is good for them because of vitamin C, to help fight off colds and infections.

I started giving my sons OJ every morning when they turned one. I buy the Low Acid Tropicana juice, and they both love it.

It is ok, but you may need to dilute it a little....also watch for a diaper rash. I gave it to my daughter at about that age and it "blistered" or poor little bottom, but my boys who drank it had no trouble with it...even full strength.

25% juice, 75% water. They don't need all the sugar, even if it is fructose.
