Is it possible to kill ones self by twisting his/her own head pass the breaking point?

yes! It is a feat that the orientals used in times of war (if they were captured and they did not allow themselves to be 'shamed' by being killed (or worse NOT killed) by the enemy.

The trick to doing it is doi it very fast. It will be painless and over before you know it.
