why do you belive the holy spirit is a active force when the bible states all the gifts of the spirit to be god 1 COR 12,1-11..

IN PHL 1,21-24 Paul says that he would rather depart and be with christ witch is far better so how can u say that there is no spirit after death...

and last in revelations chapter 7 it talks about 144,000 jews from specific tribes who will rule with christ ..how do you confuse this with people of today that are spiritually annointed?

and about the great crowd that is supposily going to live on earth it says that they serve god day and night in his temple and that they are before the throne in heaven not on earth(Rev 7,15.... id like to read a answer to these questions please?? thank you..

1) A comparison of Bible texts that refer to the holy spirit shows that it is spoken of as 'filling' people; they can be 'baptized' with it, and they can be 'anointed' with it. (Luke 1:41; Matt. 3:11; Acts 10:38) None of these expressions would be appropriate if the holy spirit were a person. The correct identification of the holy spirit must fit all the scriptures that refer to that spirit. With this viewpoint, it is logical to conclude that the holy spirit is the active force of God. It is not a person but is a powerful force that God causes to emanate from himself to accomplish his holy will. - Psalm 104:30; 2 Peter 1:21; Acts 4:31

2) In Phil 1:21 It says 'to die would be gain' it is talking about life after a death in heaven. Since Paul was one of the anointed (144,000 that go to heaven), he would MUCH rather die and end up in heaven with other anointed ones and Jesus and God, than to stay on earth with all the wickedness and hatred :) Logically, it would make sense he'd prefer to be somewhere like heaven rather than on earth.

3) In Revelation 7:4-8 it speaks of the number of those who were sealed, a hundred and fourty-four thousand, sealed out of every tribe of Israel. Then it lists: Judah, Reuben, Gad, Asher, Napthali, Manasseh, Simeon, Levi, Issachar, Zebulun, Joseph, and Benjamin. These cannot be the tribles of Natural Israel because there never was a tribe of Joseph, the tribes of Ephraim and Dan are not included in the list here, and the Levites were set aside for service in connection with the temple but were not reckoned as one of the 12 tribes. Galatians 3:26-29: "You are all, in fact, sons of God through your faith in Christ Jesus... There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor freeman, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one person in union with Christ Jesus. Moreover, if you belong to Christ, you are really Abraham's seed, heirs with reference to a promise."

Your last question does not make a very good argument.. If you are serving day and night in his temple, it doesn't necessarily mean his temple is in heaven, and that they are before the throne in heaven.. being "before" something doesnt mean it is literally, directly infront of the person. Men 'stand before God', yet no man has ever seen God (John 1:18)

OK, I am not a JW however, the Spirit is an "Active Force". If you where to continue reading you would see that God and the Spirit are the same yet different. The Spirit of God is God's Spirit which works today as it did in the past. God is 3 fold, God the Father, God in the flesh (Jesus), and God the Spirit

As for the no spirit deal......When Christ calls us up, the dead first then the living before the 7 years of tribulation and the Anti-Christ's rule. Gods word tells us that we are to be given a new body that is perfect.

There should be no confusion as to the 144,000 that will have a seal put upon them during the tribulation period. These are going to be Israelites from each of the 12 tribes that will go forth and preach the Gospel during the tribulation period.

And finally the crowd that is to serve and worship God before his throne both night and day are the saints that where martyred during the 7 years of tribulation. All true believers shall be saved and remain on the Earth forever. For heaven comes to earth.

You do not need a JW to answer your questions when God has put the answers in Black and White

PS The Trinity also exists - Gen 1:26 & John 1:1-5

It feels like you're weak and on account that of this those JWs have come alongside on the 'correct' (or incorrect) time for you. i in my opinion do not imagine it ought to ever be the right time to affix a cult. besides the undeniable fact that, it must be marvellous and magnificent in case you should detect a community, happening, Bible-believing, community-serving church - there are quite some valid denominations - Catholic, Lutheran, Baptist, Anglican, Episcopalian, and so on., and so on. I do imagine *that* ought to help you detect peace with your self. i'm truly hoping your 'analyze' into the JWs has no longer purely been their own literature/web pages, and so on. You husband is sweet! and also you do favor to think about his thoughts in this. Your marriage and toddlers are the most important issues. properly, God is for sure extra significant, yet you do not choose JWs to locate him.

Do you believe that the Bible is to be taken literally? If so, why do you need interpretation? If so, why aren't you out killing witches? Exodus 22:18 "Thou shalt not permit a witch to live." Do you have anything better to do than go out and kill witches? You are wasting a lot of God's given time sitting here on Answers when you could be out killing witches. So shut off the computer and get your gun, get out on the street and get with the killing.

psamls 37:9,11,29 and Jesus said to the sinner next to him truly i say to you, you will be with me in paradise. basically God purposed for humans to live on earth forever in perfect conditions with perfect health, and God is unchanging, so his purpose will be fulfilled. He created the earth to be inhabited.

lets say you own a house that you built with your bare hands and rent it out to some people who promise to take care of it. you go in and check on it and see that the place is a total mess, things are broken and utterly destroyed and haven't been taken care of at all, would you destroy your house? or would you find people who will take care of it as they should? i would find new tennants. this is like God and the earth, he will get rid of the wicked and let the righteous enjoy it forever, as long as they take care of it. and to the other question, i dont know how to explain it, if u really want to ask the witnesses when they come to your door next time. i hope i helped explain the beliefs.

Not allowed on the computer EH?
Belief in Deity
There is one God Almighty--a Spirit Being with a body but not a human body. There is one God and no Trinity.

• Incarnations
Christ is Lord and Savior, but not God (Jehovah) incarnate, not a God-man but inferior to God, not part of a Godhead. He was a created spirit being, God's only begotten son, sent to Earth as a perfect human. His sacrifice became the "ransom" price to redeem mankind from sin and death. God created all in heaven and on Earth through Christ, the "master worker," God's servant. After Christ's resurrection by God, he was "exalted" to a level higher than angel.

• Origin of Universe and Life
God created the heavens and earth in six days, but each "day" is equal to thousands of years. God created and controls all processes and events.

• After Death
No soul remains after death. Soon, Jesus Christ will return to resurrect the dead, restoring soul and body. Those judged righteous will be given everlasting life on a paradise earth. Those judged unrighteous will not be tormented, but will die and cease to exist.

• Why Evil?
The original sin caused humans to inherit death and sin. Satan and his demons pervade the earth as spirits tempting all to sin, which God allows as a test of faith in Him.

• Salvation
You must show faith in God and in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Adhere to the practices, requirements, commandments, laws, and sacraments of the faith. "Witnessing" and active sharing of their faith with others is fundamental. Avoid behaviors that God dislikes, including celebration of birthdays and holidays originating from false religions.

• Undeserved Suffering
Much suffering is caused by the inheritance of mortality from Adam and Eve, which includes vulnerability to illness and disease. Also, those who choose to succumb to Satan's temptations may suffer self-inflicted damage to their health. Satan and his demons cause great misery. God has allowed the situation to continue so that mankind can discover that God's rule is better than independent human-rule. He has allowed Satan to cause suffering to challenge Satan's claim that God's creation, humans, would turn from and curse God under pressure.

• Contemporary Issues
Abortion is wrong. Homosexuality is a serious sin. Gender roles are defined: Men are the head of the household and women are loving caretakers who assist the husband in teaching the children. Divorce is permitted under certain circumstances, but Jehovah hates remarriage unless the divorce occurred as a result of adultery. Service in the armed forces or any form of allegiance to government is prohibited; one must show allegiance only to the Kingdom of Christ. Blood transfusions, along with ingesting blood, are considered wrong, as God said the soul is in the blood. Bone marrow transplants are left to the individual conscience. (Note: all other forms of medical treatment are acceptable.)
