Very hard to answer but to me wilfully killing a child by either killing the body or spirit. Let me explain by saying thou shalt not kill, we choose to end a life it is not God's will and this spirit's lessons in life are cut short.

If we rape a child (have sex with a child it is the same thing) we in a way murder the spirit and damage that child's ability to know right from wrong or fully understand what love is. The ongoing pain and trauma to this child through their life is devastating and beyond cruel! I know I may not have said it exactly right but I think you understand what I'm trying to say.

Correct, God considers all sin the same, there are no degrees of sin. God does say that the sin of unbelief is unforgivable, but if you don't believe in God and/or sin you won't know you are sinning until it is too late.

the worst sin is thinking that we are not sinners!!
This sin is known as the "blasphemy to the holy spirit" This sin is unforgivable. The reason being is that if we think that we are not sinners in need of God's forgivness then God can never forgive us!! Besides this, all sins are forgiven if we repent.

Gees, there are 10 commandments....but in my opinion, that would be murder, taking someones life would be the ultimate sin, with exception of disregarding God. But, all sins disrespect God. Tough question...

Hello friend,
Sin is one of my favorite subjects. It is one of the few things I could truly say I had mastered.
Then Jesus came along and messed all that up.
Thank God for Jesus Christ!

But to answer your question, to man, sins are seemingly divided
into catagories of severity. I suspect this may largely be due to the teaching of the Catholic church so far as mortal and venial sins etc.is

This concept is not found in God's Word.
I'd like to make a clear and definitive statement here for God and all to see. God knows my heart and by my words I'll be justified or condemned.
The statement is this, There is only ONE sin that will send a person to Hell. Everyone in Hell is there for the same reason...
Unbelief. Please read John 3:18.

Now make no mistake, sins you commit in this life will intensify all that Hell is. But ultimately, you either accept Christ, or you deny Him. There is no neutrality here.

To us, we may view murder as being worse than theft, but to God, all sin is darkness. In our life, we may pay more for one sin than another with regard to civil authorities, but when we get before God, our sin will either be covered by the Blood of Christ, or we will have to pay the penalty ourselves.

Finally, may I say, repent of sin to God and He will forgive you. Don't keep track of your sins, repent immediately so that there be no accumulation of them. Keep a short account with God.
Blessings,
2 Tim. 2:7

Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit. Speaking evil of Him and giving credit of His works to the devil.
It is like taking an old ladies money to the poor and saying the devil gave his support.
Jesus says that is unforgiveable.

I guess I would say any type of violent crime against another human being whether it be rape, murder, child abuse, etc. But like you said, sin is sin in the eyes of God.
