like for ex. i liked this guy n his best friend who i was friends with asked me if i liked him and i said yes n he told me that he liked me back and then after that it was all wierd between us like we didnt hang out as much or anything

Hi there - It's just how men work. When you reveal your true feelings, it can change the whole relationship if you tell them too soon. It takes away the challenge, then it gets funny because the relatioship went from friends to you liking him.
Step back from him, and don't tell anyone else you like him except your best friend maybe. You will see when you don't pay as much attention to him, he will possibly change and not be as wierd.

I dunno...Guys are so weird. I had that happen to me, he stopped talking to me without any explantion or anything. They like ya one minute and who knows what the next.I think I need to read the book Men are from Mars and women are from Venus. It is suppose to explain the differnence between a woman's feelings /thoughts verses a man's. I still don't think I'll figure them out! Men!

the same thing happened to me and i have no idea why. i like a guy. lets call him 4, and my best freind is also his best friend, we will call him E. well i posted something that a friend had posted on myspace called "just ask me out already!" so E said "well if 4 asked you out would you say yes?" i said maybe, and now 4 doesnt even say hi hardly. and he was my best friend. guys are idiots. they cant just say how they feel they have to make it all complicated! and they say girls are complicating!

because sometimes those types of situations are better off as just friends ...u know that we are all wondering what that person is really like on the other side of situations..i done the same exact thing myself ..dont ignore him just go back into the situation like nothing ever happened ..GOOD LUCK

Ok, Its simple, You both like each other, but your afraid to go out again b/c u dont want it to end again, having your hearts broken, but on the other hand, if u just talk to him, your relationship may sky rocket and he might be "the one"

This is just what young people do when they are falling in love. Older people do it too, sometimes. We fear being hurt. If you have deep feelings for someone and you are scared that they will reject you then you reject them first... protection mechanism. If you love yourself enough that you do not need to be "wanted" by another, you will be able to be honest with your feelings without fear.

because he is just scared. Doesnt know what to do and doesnt know how you still feel about him. He probably thinks about you so much that he doesnt have time to think about hanging out since he's thinking about what do to with you when you are around.

I think its because you both are just to scared. I just got out of a relationship, and when we finally told each other we loved each other, it just kind of fell apart from there..
