I was watching the news tonite and heard that the increased crackdowns on criminal trespassers is having the effect of overburdening the federal court system accross America. The courts cannot cope with the backlog of pending cases. Anyone else see this?

The ramifications of illegal immigration are widespread and not entirely understood even by Homeland Security. This is a very serious problem folks, What are we going to do?

Jesus.........I told you ALL this 6 months ago........I explained that "felonizing" all these people was not going to help our overburdened penal system.

6 months ago............this is not going to go away.....and as determined as you all are........why don't we come up with solution INSTEAD of ACCUSATIONS.

All the time WE have all spent on the computer.....as a whole we would have come to a happy medium..........

I Saw And Heard The Report Also

It Seems Like The Most COST EFFECTIVE Solution
To The Whole Mess Will Be Deportation
And All Heads Are Looking In That Direction

The Administrations Lies To The People Are Being Exposed
And The Options Are Becoming More And More Limited

We Will Not See Any FIRM Decisions From Congress
Until AFTER November
But In The Meantime
ENFORCEMENT Is The Rule

May I quote a very smart man

Over 10% of Mexico's population is hear in the US illegally. A people that industrious should be able to have an impact on their own country. This argument always fails on the questions "where do you draw the line" and "what price are you willing to pay". This notion that the US should accept anyone that needs a better life is unreasonable and not possible. The US needs an immigration policy that benefits the US.

If this country spent all the money it does on illegals to fight poverty for US citizens wouldn't it be great!

that says it all

This is a very serious problem, but unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it. Just hope to God that someday our country doesn't become as overpopulated as China. However, there is some good coming of this-I believe in everything Carlos Mencia says on this subject, BUT I do NO agree with all of these caucasian men griping that hispanics are taking their jobs. Now, this is only my opinion, and I am giving it only because I do not have the answer but here it is-WAKE UP AT 4:30 IN THE MORNING, EVERY MORNING AND STAND ON THE INTERSECTION WHERE THE OTHER HISPANIC MEN STAND, EVERY DAY WAITING FOR WORK AND THEN WORK HARD ALL DAY MAKING BARELY MINIMUN WAGE AND THEN TELL YOURSELF THEY ARE TAKING YOUR JOB!!!

I know I'm preaching to the Choir, but

It's time we lined our border with heavily armed guards with the power to use excessive force to stop illegal entry.

It's time we built a massive fence. I don't want to hear "we can't do it" If the NAFTA highway can be built, whatsa little fence?

We need to nail Wal-mart and all the other business who hire illegals. Make them pay massive fines to cover the cost of deportation.

Deportation is not only possible, it can be done easily with the cooperation of ALL law enforcement agencies. Fine money for hiring illegals will cover the costs.

Stop sending aid to Mexico. Just stop...

I saw it, and yes it's a huge problem, 20 million strong. We can't put a monetary value on our freedom and security. It shouldn't even matter what it costs us. Our options are....pay the price to get them out of here or ....give up our country, our freedom and everything we have to a whole new species of people, a criminal army intent on destroying us all. I go with pay the cost, however much $$. Me and mine don't have much else to loose. We're ready to pack off to our little piece of dusty land and pitch a tent. Anything necessary to keep them Bas***** from taking our country. We've gotten soft and comfortable. Lets toughen up, sacrifice some of our comforts and pay the price to get them gone. America will bounce back, we always do. Whatever it costs, whatever we have to give up to support the cost, is worth it. It's America and we owe her that much! How many anti-criminals are in this country? How much could we raise, on our own, to support the cost of deporting them all? What's the whole process cost to get rid of one? 1 thousand, 2 thousand? Hell I could part with some things to raise enough to send at least one packing.

I agree with Hadenough and JD. To all pro illegal immigrant supporters I have the following statement about my believes against illegals:
Am an opinionated Royal B*tch; you don't have to like it! Ignorance sucks! Racism Sucks! Bully people suck! Cowards are bigots and they suck! Liars suck! Speak the English language! God Bless America, the land of the free! Vote against AMNESTY!
