My girlfreind posted detailed information about our relationship on this site. She did not follow any of the advice then worried about clossing the question so as not to loose points on answer.yahoo. and look more creditable on this site.. The fact that i feel like my feelings were put on a world wide bulletin for millions to see is not cool at all but when i find out that she woried about loosing and gaining points for the questions is just right wrong at my expense.

Damn sorry to hear that. I do think it is wrong. Especially if she didn't even come to you first about what the problem was. And then to post it on here, where she could get points and everything was just wrong. And very heart less. Relationships aren't about point systems. And personal information should never be posted on any site like that. Its just rude and insensitive. I'm not one to tell others what to do, but maybe you should break up with her, who knows what else she might post on here about you guys.

I think if I were you, I'd be more worried that she isn't discussing the issue with you...but believes she needs to look for answers in a public forum.

Many years ago...my (then) husband "found" my diary. Now, unless he was wearing my underwear, there was no reason for him to be going through that drawer in the first place...he never did laundry..and never put it away...and it was waaaay in the back folded in a slip.

Anyway, in my diary he read that I had been to see a counselor who told me he sounded like he had severe personality issues, and I wrote that I was making up my mind about leaving him.

His issue was NOT that I'd been to a counselor without telling him....OR that I was considering leaving him...OR that he'd invaded my privacy...nope..his issue was that the counselor had decided he had a severe personality issue without ever talking to HIM.

Moral of the story...you can either focus on the issue...that there is apparently a problem in your relationship...or the silly nonsense. You decide....

Choose wisely, grasshopper.

I can understand you being upset about this but that's why this site is anonymous, so people can get advice in complete confidence. If she is concerned enough about this issue to ask a bunch of complete strangers for advice, you guys need to have a heart to heart about it sooner rather than later.

I think you should probably dump her, but I'd need more information before telling you for sure. It doesn't seem like she cares what you think, so that should tell you something. Good luck!

dont feel too offended. this is just her way in getting suggestions/ venting for herself to strangers. cuz some people feel more comfortable to vent to strangers than real life people. i know u may felt offended, but we personally dont know who u r, ur name, or how u look like. yeah it sucks that she was worried in losin points, but its just points. besides, she posted wahtever questoin she did, for ur and her best interest. she wasnt just thinkin about herself. she was thinkin about u too.

it is wrong. she should have asked for your conscent first. and the fact that she cared about her points on here should definitely show you what her priorities are. and you're not on the list apparently. good luck to you buddy.
