Logic is perhaps the only straw of hope for atheist to hang on !
Not trying to belittle. Atheism too is a wonderful path , if pursued sincerely, will turn out to be the shortest (if not the easiest) path to the Ultimate TRUTH !
Logic has its inputs from the sense organs, which by itself are full of limitations, and imperfections. so logic, which is such a wonderful tool to handle the material aspect of life, fails to recognise deeper levels of consciousness.

Logical thought can be lost in anything. Atheism isn't a special case or anything.
