This is an example of God believers view of the world

How did we get here? God must have done it
How did the sky get here? God must have done it
How did the earth get here? God must have done it
Why am I breathing? God must have done it

The difference between God believers and Atheists is God believers are looking for a comfortable, simple answer

Us Atheist will wait until we find an answer that's for sure the truth. We'll accept not knowing before we take any fairy tale and run with it

An atheist is someone who has blindly accepted an answer, just as a God believer is someone who has blindly accepted an answer. Evidence for or against God can not be found. If there were evidence of God, then there would be no reason to have faith, but lack of evidence is not evidence of lacking.

When you consider the alignment of the planets, the ocean and gravity, the continuity between man and the universe that surrounds him, there is only one logical conclusion. There is a God and He orchestrated it all like a Master Artist. God has given us so much information to know who He is. I suggest that you initiate research into what that information is, because to "wait until we find an answer" is a very bad risk. There are lots of things people don't accept nor believe, but like in a school environment, we are made to learn those things. Well, we're in school right now, every second we're on this planet and we're being monitored. You would be wise to find out all you can so that if you choose to remain an atheist you won't do so out of ignorance. Because, where God is concerned, ignorance is not bliss, especially when He sent His Son to die for us. No one should take that lightly, not even an atheist.

I really love this question. I really do not believe the idea of science i.e evolution, big bang, etc, in any way negates the idea of a God or All. I think they can work together. Although honestly I question God existence, and I think that to question it is an intelligent way to go. I think to step out of the herd and say okay you know what, I don't buy it. I really thinks its great, because you are thinking outside the box. And anyway if there is a God, and I believe there is, God knows its God, it doesn't need anyone to tell it. And why would it be challenged or upset by you not believeing, I don't really think it would care. I do not think you can prove God's existence, religion, spirituality is all based on faith. I understand that for most people in the human condition it is mentally healthy for them to believe in something bigger than them. Now to say that is logical well.. it really isn't. But, most of us aren't really logical creatures. So, I completely love how atheist think, I found them interesting, and challenging. I believe there is room in faith for science, we just have to loosen up a bit.

Lets say Jesus is a figment of my imigination when i die ill just die, BUT how bout when i die and im facing our Lord and saviour face to face and this happens- 2 Corinthians 5:10 tells us, For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that each one may receive what is due him for the things done while in the body, whether good or bad.

Well im gonna take my chances and believe in him so that i wont have to face eternal damnation such as this

Hell is described as a bottomless pit (Luke 8:31, Revelation 9:1), and a lake of fire, burning with sulfur, where the inhabitants will be tormented day and night forever and ever (Revelation 20:10). In hell, there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth, indicating intense grief and anger (Matthew 13:42). It is a place where the worm never dies and the fire never goes out (Mark 9:48). God takes no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but desires them to turn from their wicked ways so that they can live (Ezekiel 33:11). But He will not force us into submission; if we choose to reject Him, He has little choice but to give us what we want to live apart from Him.

I pray for everybody including the lost that one day they will be shown the light

My "Good God, what were You thinking" series of questions is rapidly demonstrating that there is no barbarity so cruel and inhuman that cannot be accepted if done in the name of the Lord.

Faith demands no less.

Of course, it is a small step to substitute the name of the Lord with the name of any national leader. It is the same kind of thinking that leads to jingoistic statements like "My country, right or wrong!".

Faith is a powerful ally, and a deadly enemy.

The scientific evidence all points to a Creator. One example is the Big Bang which shows that the universe had a beginning and therefore must have been created by an eternal Creator who transcends time, space, and matter. www.reasons.org

I know there is a God.
I don't know how we got here, how the sky got here, how the earth got here, or for that matter how God got here.
But I do know God is here and that God exists.
Breathing - I do that all on my own.

Beacuse if you believe in God you put your faith in him. If we dont understand something it is fundmental correct to say that God did it after all we believe that God did everything so why can't he...becuase you don't believe in him?

none of us has claimed 'not knowing' is evidence that God exists...you just choose to ignore the answer-God-if you ask question and choose to ignore the answer you are given, that speaks volumes about you...
