What were your first words when you woke up?

Mine were "I CAN'T FEEL MY FACE, YO."

Actually, it was probably more along the lines of "I CAUGHNT FUWL MUH FASZTHE, WO," because my mouth was a bit numbish. And, er, gauzeish.

Did anyone else say anything crazy or funny when you woke up from wisdom teeth surgery?

I said 'I want a burrito". Then the dentist told me I couldn't eat.

I started to cry when I woke up because it hurt so bad and I felt like I was gagging on 10 pounds of gauze.

The girl next to me in the recovery room was screaming like a banshee. It was really weird.

Wisdom teeth blow.

Dental treatment and surgery) is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges all surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare.I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.I have also read that they arrange financing for international patients as dental surgery is not covered by insurance or by the stinking NHS.

They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor i personally believe that your dental treatment and surgery surgery can be easily handled in India as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star .

My cousin got her dental work done there and she is more than very happy with the results. She is all praise for this forerunners healthcare company. She paid just 30% of the cost what she was quoted in USA and it was like a wonderful vacation for her. .hope this helps

man you all got knocked out .... condiser yourselves lucky .... all i got was novicane and laughing gas ...... was concious when all 4 teeth were cracked out of my head and knew exactly when they messed up and cracked 2 of the 4 teeth (it was a given when the dentist went "oh **** why did that one have to break too") .... but yeah .... i didnt say anything funny because i was in too much shock from hearing the teeth be cracked out of my face

then i got lucky enough to get an extra shot of novicane after surgery .... so when the pills came i couldnt manage to swallow because i oculdnt feel any of my mouth .... especially the swallow relex .... so iwent to sleep without taking pain pills ...... horrible idea

overall it was prolly the worst experience of my life .... i hated it

I would not let the dentist knock me out- even though they were impacted and all. Just got hopped up on pain killers and wore head phones during. So the first thing I said was "I'm OK."

Didn't feel funny, but when I put my head forward to see my ride home, I dropped about a pint of blood into my lap. A woman in the waiting room threw up.

I accompanied both of my older sisters a year apart ~ I drove them, stayed there and drove them home and each time I had to pull over because I was laughing so hard at their nonsense and they refused to just shutup. I had the surgery too, but I made sure my Mom promised that she wouldn't let me talk, so I just told her I loved her and I wouldn't talk over and over and she told me "it's alright to talk baby, but you should rest." So that went on for a long time.

Nope, I was awake the whole time. Numbed all the way to my forehead, and zoned on nitrious, but awake for every crack....

I couldn't talk though, at all. I developed lockjaw from having all three pulled at once :(

No say a thing, I was awake da whole time and couldn't talk because the dentist spit were on my face. The whole time he operated on me, he was talking with no cover on his mouth. I couldn't tell him to shut up because my mouth was all stiff hehehehehe.

i didn't have mine out, but when my fiance did, his first words were telling me he loved me. he hadn't been able to say it for a week, or anything else for that matter.
