Take it to a 24 hr er for pets. If it's too late for it, just stroke it so it won't be as afraid. It's making me cry just thinking about it. May God accept its soul back to heaven, where it will be in pain no more.
After this is over, you need to call animal control about that dog.

I understand what you are going by way of. Our loved ones cat died 6 months in the past elderly 18 one million/two. It could were her nineteenth birthday two days in the past. She had kidney issues now not lengthy earlier than she died and matters were not watching excellent so I knew the top was once close however it was once nonetheless difficult to manage. It was once less complicated for me even though as she was once residing at my mum's and I reside miles clear of her so I wasn't there on the time which helped. I believe had I been on the vet's together with her whilst she was once placed down and been within the residence afterwards seeing all her matters like her toys and blankets it could were tougher. I obtained her ashes a couple of weeks in the past whilst I visited my mum and they're now on my bookcase. I take alleviation in the truth that she was once pampered and good cherished for nearly 19 years and that she was once an overly glad cat. The finish was once quite peaceable (most suitable to plenty of cats' deaths equivalent to being hit through a auto for instance - which was once continuously a significant worry for me) and he or she is not in any anguish or suffering. I nonetheless pass over her however I'm grateful she was once our puppy and that we have been competent to deliver her this sort of great existence. Maybe you'll take alleviation figuring out you gave your cat a great existence and cared for him proper till the top.

Either drive to the vet or make the cat as comfortable as you can until you can get a hold of the vet. Get her/him some water, put her on a blanket or something and make sure she doesn't move around too much.

But it'd be better to drive to the vet.

May I sugges t you search the web for animal hospitals and/or medical facilities for pets in your immediate areafirst and, if not successful, try a national service for medical first aid. This might give you enough time to locate a first hand visit to the vet in your area to ascertain the severity of the situation. Good Luck (to you and the kitten.)

very sad. other than a vet i am not sure what you can do
other than notify the owner and keep the kitten warm.

There must be some animal hospital somewhere but I would leave that to the owner.
