I apologize every month for the way I act to my boyfriend and to my other family members. Woman can't help what they do and say during that time of the month and guys should just be patient with us and try to understand. Go with Hank Hill's philosophy on it. "Son there's a time every month when women hate everything and during that time men are the everything. As a man you have to just go with the flow, grab a beer, suck it up and smile."

I quite often apologize to my husband for being a *****, when I am one. Sometimes I can hear the bitchiness coming out of me and I just can't stop it. I apologize for it, as a general rule. What should women call it when guys are bitchy? Bad day?

Yes, I have. I've said I was sorry, didn't mean it, was just having one of those days. Even men have those days and say and do things they regret later. In my experience, women do more apologizing than men do. But I'm a woman!

i always apologize to the people that i am bitchy with when i am pmsing but all women are different and i know that personally i had no reason to take my hormonal raging out on the people that i have taken it out on and i do something like clean or bake something for them to show that i truly am sorry for what i have done.

sometimes what the heart knows, the head forgets!! we are all human and when feelings are trodden upon and hurt, we associate that person with those feelings when dealing with them, it takes even greater courage to admit a wrong done, than the bravest of people could ever have!!

No. But, you have to realize that the hormones causing her to be like that are really powerful chemicals and influence behavior and the way people act. If they are a b***ch when the chemicals are not raging is where you need to look at whether she is really that way.
