Landing is worse and more difficult.

Taking off should not be worse than landing, except that the takeoff can kind of get to your stomach if you are not used to flying. However, when you land there is quite a THUMP that you can both hear and feel when the landing gear hit the runway.

I fly all the time, sometimes several times a week, and I have never gotten sick on an airplane (except once when I was drunk, but that had nothing to do with being on a plane). If you are prone to motion sickness, though, you may want to take whatever precautions you normally would for car sickness, etc.

Remember the first rule of aviation: your number of takeoffs should be equal to your number of landings. :)

I hope your flight goes well and that you enjoy it. May God bless and keep you.

Takeoff, I suppose, at least so far as you feel more during takeoff. You'll feel like you're getting pressed back in your seat as the plane rises, then when it levels off there is a slight lurch, kind of like going down an elevator. At least with the flights I've taken, landing doesn't feel like anything. There's just a bump when the wheels hit the ground.

Make sure to look out the window. Takeoff and landing are cool!

I'm a skydiver. Taking off is the easy part. You're going to land no matter what, HOW you land is a different story. I haven't landed in an airplane in over 200 airplane rides now. HA HA!

I used to live in an apartment right by the airport and I looooved it. Listening to the jets fly over at night made me fall asleep thinking about the places I'd been, and all the places I still wanted to go! Once in a while, I thought about how much it would suck if a plane came crashing through my living room, but most of the time I had happy thoughts!

depends on your pilot and size of the plane. the take off's are all pretty much the same.. a little pressure pushing you back in your seat and maybe your stomach will get a little nervous. I have had landings that i barely noticed and landings that felt like we dropped fifty feet straight down. Unless you have a really weak stomach you probably wont have problems with either.. just try to relax

I actually don't mind take off or landing. I just hate the bumping that goes on while you're up there. Totally freaks me out. Even Xanax doesn't help. I guess I'm just a true land lover.

What do you mean by "worse"? Landing is alot harding than taking off, if thats what you mean. Taking off and landing are the best and most eventful parts of the trip

Take off is ok, I hate the landings, from the air pressure changes. And depends on pilot skills on landing. Have a safe trip :)

Nope, take offs are easy, landing is the hard part, it's also where most of the crashes happen. I'm sorry that was cruel of me... just remember, crossing the street is more dangerous than flying, and how often do you cross the street?

Depends on the type of landing. If it is a crash landing, or water landing, you might like the take off better.
