What is the difference between choppy layors and 'razored' lyers?

which would look better with blonde hair w/ highlights. that is medium thick. w// round face? and long straight hair w/ no bangs?

Choppy layers are very bluntly cut and you can see the layers very distinctly. Razored layers (textured layers) are more subtle but you can still definately tell they're there. Depends on which look you like.

Choppy layers are just thick chunky cut layors. Razor layers are fine, usually cut literally with a razor.

GIRL GO WITH A RAZOR CUT...IT GIVES YOU A MUCH BETTER CUT AND IT DOESN'T LOOKED CHOPPED ESPECIALLY ON BLOND HAIR...HAVE YOU HAIR SLIGHTLY SOFTEN AROUND YOUR FACE...WHAT I MEAN IS HAVE IT CUT ON A ANGLE AROUND YOUR FACE TO ALMOST FORM A PICTURE FRAME BUT ON THE LONG SIDE...THAT WOULD MAKE YOU FACE LOOK A LITTLE LONGER THAN ROUND..........
