Technically, you are an omnivore, so you can eat pretty much anything that doesn't poison you.
Deer is good, squirrel is good in Bruswick Stew, possum is kind of nasty, Canada Goose is real good if you cook it upside down with some pork fat on it, never met met a fish that wasn't delicious...
