If a guy has a crush on you, he will make up excuses to talk to you. He will be nice to you and chat with you. If he's emotionally immature, or if he's not sure of himself, he will be mean to you. He will go out of his way to be an @ss. The reason he does this is that he wants your attention but doesn't believe you would like him. He is an @ss so that you will notice him.
Since we live in the 21st century, it's OK for you to make the first move. Some guys actually appreciate a girl who is willing to take a chance.

Some guys are just nice to everyone. So you may had to check out whether is he nice to other girls as well.
But most importantly you had to ask yourself why you had the crush on him. What is the thing that he does or behave that create such an impact on you. Bear in mind that what you think is cool now may become a trigger factor in a few years time. Ask yourself whether you can accept that? If not, then it is wise to stop when it is still early.

Hmm:
1. He'll smile at you. This doesn't mean he has a crush on you, but it's a good sign.
2. He seems excited when he meets you.
3. Touches his hair or puts his hands in his pockets when he talks to you.
4. If you don't see him very often, that's not a good sign.
5. But if you see him but you guys don't talk to each other, it's ok. He might be shy.
6. Flirt with him and look at his response.
7. Notice how he walks and acts, then notice how he walks and acts after seeing you or talking to you.
8. Notice if he tries to be cooler when he is around you.

Simple. The best way to find out if someone likes you (or in your case if they have a crush) is if they give you their complete attention with a smile on their face most of the time when you talk to them. Also, (if he is shy) a lot of people instinctively look away if you're looking them in the eyes. This is another definite sign that they like you.
Don't get me wrong on that last one. If you give him the evil death stare, you're going to freak him out, so use that little trick sparingly.

how i can tell is does he smile at you mostly everytime you go by him? does he try to stop and talk with you when you see him? just let time pass and be patient. Since he is your neighbor, he is close by and hopefully, will be there for awhile. Just always try to start conversations and if there is a hang out spot around your house then see if you can get him to go there with a group of friends or something like that. But just always be yourself and act normal.

~if something is going on (especially if its about you) he asks everybody..(and wants every detail of it)
~smiles at you even though you're not doing anything
~can't talk with sense when you're having a conversation with him
~chokes (sometimes)
~if you call his attention he would act very clumsy
~can't look straight to your eyes
~he tries to impress you (a lot)
~he wears deodorant now!!!
~would really get into your nerves.. (because of asking you again and again of the same question)
~he butts into ur conversation..
~and lastly...
guys really can't hide their feelings!!! just show them what you got!!! get really hot around him!! and when he gives up!!! CHACHIIING!!! he's yours!!

Well, he hangs around a lot, acts crazy, {telling funny jokes, sometimes}, or you just read his vibes. They are pretty transparent when it comes to these kinds of feelings, just zero in, and test the water with your big toe, and see if it feels comfortable.

that about hte look away thing is so right! poeople usually look away because they get nervous and do not what to do. Is just like " i wish u were here" type of thing and when they have u right in fron of them then they wonder...now what?

theres alot of ways you can find out if the guy has a crush on you, the only way to find out is to flirt with him, youl get alot out of it, if he flirts back, then your answer is solved. it works for me with girls, us guys will be alot easier to come out!!!
