thats not a state law if their a minor they can't be kicked out of the house, they can move out by choice if they become an emancipated minor or are with someone who is taking custody of them relative

think it is 18 unless they are emancipated...if ya want em out tell em about the beauty of emancipation an leave out the cold hard facts...if not.........my parents like Mark Twains parents got a whole lot smarter somehow between the time I was 18 and...I think 21 for Mark...and 27 for me

A minor can become an emancipated mino if he or she can prove to the courts that they are financialy independent of the parents, other than than it's 18.

18 in all states unless you legally emancipate yourself,which then you can do it at 15, but the gov has to agree with your decision

YOUR NOT A LEGAL ADULT UNTILL YOU ARE 18 SO I DONT THINK KIDS CAN MOVE OUT UNTILL THEY TURN 18 AND THAN WHEN SOME KIDS TURN 18 THEY LIKE TO STAY AT HOME FOR A LITTLE BIT THAN MOVE OUT

I think emancipation age is as early as 15....
