What i'm thinking of doing is having my friend take his small plain it only holds like what 5 people and i'm gonna have to parachutes and i'm gonna skydive over NYC and pull the paracute right after i jump so i can aim my self at the Empire State building and land on the roof or any place on top where i can stand. And then jump off the building and pull the paracute doing this is easier because security is i'm guessing heavy at the building seeing as it is the tallest in NYC or richest or whatever. they can't catch me by air but if fighter planes come we will not do this because who wants to die right? is the building tall enough for a base jump?

If you don't know if the building is tall enough for a BASE jump, then you really have never parachuted, let alone BASE jumped. The height of the Empire State building is easy to find online as it is a popular landmark. Therefore, an experienced jumper would know based on height if it's high enough.
You live in a fantasy world. Try putting as much effort into life as you do in making up stories and you might get somewhere.

once you hit the no-fly zone your going to get rerouted by a fighter jet or blown the hell up. and if you do manage to land on the building with out being killed by high winds slamming you into a window, when you jump off again youll most definitely get slammed into a window and break something and then have your chute get tangled then you fall and die, and if you dont, once you get to the ground youll be arrested and sent to jail for 20 years. but hey if you do, film it and send the tape to spike i want to see that

Dude......I hope you have good life insurance and I hope you're ready for some possible jail time or death. Doing either of those in NYC is a federral offense! They will probably just shoot you!Good luck! Oh and I hope your friend has a PLANE...not a plain. LOL sorry......couldnt resist.
p.s. we are in war times.........U.S. security forces don't take kindly to what could at first observance be a suicide bomber............just something to think about. Good luck!

Hey pal, they will assume you are a terrorist and blast your sorry @ss out of the air because no one in their right mind would try to do something like this after 9/11.
Before 9/11, they would've arrested you for public mischief and trespassing. Now, they'll kill you, no questions asked.

If you do that do not worry about landing, you will be shot down before you hit. There are swat teams already in place on top pof these buildings 24-7 waiting for you and your plane. So boss the plane the plane! welcome to your death wish.

it is tall enough but you will be thrown in jail if caught because it has happened before, and before you jump they would probably send up jets because you would be in restricted airspace, you could not get clearance from the airport to even fly the plane

While fun, it is almost certainly highly illegal, though not as illegal as it is qildly dangerous without any sort of pre-planning. But yes, highly illegal.
