Well some people did not realy understand the question > I understand free will , but if Adam did not eat the apple , I do think he would have made a new Eve... It may have happended. After all when Cain killed Able , Cain left and married a woman from another land ...... So perhaps it was Eve #1 ........We will never know .......

Cute question and no God would not have killed Eve. The death in which was brought on by the act of transgression is that of a spiritual death or being cut off from God which in turn brought on our aging which results in our physical death - Eve simply would have been cut off from Adam and God - makes you wonder why Adam chose to be cut off with Eve than remain in the Garden of Eden alone?

I don't believe that God would have killed what He created just because she didn't obey him. He disciplined them both, but they both have been given free will. And, Eve would have gone to Heaven anyway. Wouldn't she?

Since, I don't believe He would have killed her- no reason to take another rib. She's cost man an arm and a leg since.

We're all God's children. He wouldn't kill any one of us just because we disobeyed. In the end, we get disciplined.

I don't think God would have killed her, but there are stories that Eve was not Adam's first wife. Lilith was before her.

If that was in God's plan it would have been done. Instead God gave us through Eve that 'free will' thing that screws many up. I like to think of 'free will' as God's sense of humor...watching us botch it up on our own.

Well, since the whole story is a fable then I guess you can write that and in a thousand years it will be the Gospel According to You.

The question is pointless. God already knows everything and he knew they would both eat the fruit.

That's a good question.

Would it be ribs taken only from the right side or both to even it out? LOL!

No, because He forgave them. Remember He said they would die the day they ate the fruit? Well, He would have given her a second chance.

God is not a killer. He created us oout of love. In spite of our sins, He still loves us as much as ever. This is how loving a God we have.
