A healthy cure for headache is actually some foot reflexology massage your big toe and the two toes next to it on both feet, massage with thumb the base of toes and inbetween them and see how that goes. although the entire cause of migranes is unknown, what triggers migrane is primarily the amount of serotonin secreted by your body. serotonin is the chemical that affects your mood, the more serotonin, the happier you are, the less constricted your blood vessels are...

I've never heard that, but "normal" sex does release endorphins that can help relieve pain, including headaches. Seems to me that your boyfriend might think that pain in the a*s will take your mind off of your pounding head. If I were you, I'd find somebody who wasn't afraid to come out and ask for what he wanted instead of trying to feed you some bullcrap about helping your migraines by screwing you in the butt.
