Sometimes but not always. Either way, They won't care and the professionals who will be dealing with them are used to it and won't be surprised at a common occurrence.

It kinda ruins the saying that you should wear clean underwear in case you get into an accident.

I guess if you soil your underwear and don't die you might feel embarrassed for awhile.
The important thing however is that you are Alive and you won't die of embarrassment. That's just an expression.

And That's a good Thing.

Yes, Sometimes a bowel movement can be the last thing that happened. However, it doesn't happen to every one. Some people take their final drink of fluid, some screamed no no nooooo... , some goes off into a deep sleep and as the saying goes, different strokes for different folks. Different people react to death differently. Too bad I face it quite often when working with others.

Some do and some don't. At the time of death all your bodily control stops - brain, muscle control, etc.. It's not an action that can be predicted or predetermined.

Strange but true. We hold all the body fluids from muscle control. Once this is gone at death - it is not very pleasant. This is why in the movies death is so poorly portrayed.
