Ok first off they need more than just cockatiel seed in their diet, they need fresh fruits and veggies as well such as cooked sweet potatoes, apples, carrots, broccoli, cellary, cooked chicken, collared and mustard greens, and figs.
But over all on average a cockatiel poops about 100 times a day. Not kidding.

Yep, a little cockatiel is going to poop a lot. About every 15 minutes is probably a good average for small birds.
Interesting fact: Did you know that the smaller the bird, the more often they go. This can be as quickly as every 10 minutes or so for a budgie. Conversely, the larger the bird, the less often they have to go. A macaw, for instance, can go only a few times a day. They can "hold it" for two hours or even more. This makes larger parrots easier to potty train than smaller ones.

i have to agree with everyone else on the size of the birds. my zebra finches go a lot, i have to change there bottem tray about three times a day. my cockatiels i do about twice a day cuz they go every 15 minutes. my finches go every 5-10 minutes. so it really depends on how big/small the bird is. i have a friend who has a cockatoo and she goes every hour and a half to two hours. she has them house trained and the bird goes almost every where with her. she asks her birds if they need to potty and they say potty or yes so she takes them outside if they are away from home and they walk around in the grass and go.

Um..Well thy usuually poop every 15 minutes after they've eaten..soo..usually if you leave them food and let them eat it will be about 15 minutes.

There poopoo depends on how much they eat and drink. probably about 5 times daily, but there teeny tiny.
