Has anyone ever thought of starting a website for prayer rings?

It seems like it would be a really powerful idea to set up an online prayer list. Maybe there could be one featured prayer subject every day or every week or something. Imagine if millions of people all over the world prayed for the same thing at once. Imagine the good it could do.

The Prayer Ring is dedicated to prayer, we support many prayer groups and if you have a prayer book, prayer room or just a prayer page on your website we will be glad to list it in our ring hub. As long as the prayers are directly in conjunction to our beliefs.

We pray in the name of Jesus we do not pray to saint or to Mary the mother of Jesus. We do not use any beads to make sure our prayers are heard.

We believe that prayers should be lifted up to the Lord God Almighty, and should end in Jesus name we ask. We do not pray in any other way.

Matthew 5:44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;

John 14:13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.

A few years ago there was one (actually several) on a site called 'open diary'....

Lots of people participated, and it seemed to be doing well until the open diary started charging a monthly fee.
I do believe there is still a version of it, but the new wore off and it seemed to lose popularity.

You might run a search to see if it still exists....maybe it could be revived.
