Man ... am I in the wrong question. I looked at it a 'lil too fast.
But since I'm here ... exactly what is a "tat"? and how do I trade it for the other thing?

I have searched a great many fitness sites, have had memberships to several, and will only recommend one:
http://www.tomvenuto.com/

Tom Venuto has written an ebook called "Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle" and it is without a doubt, everything you'll need to know to change your body.

I was 238 lbs (probably more, but I didn't weigh much back then) when I first read Tom's ebook. I am now 170 lbs, with about 8% body fat. I can't begin to tell you how much better I feel.
Tom's ebook is an incredible source of information. It's like getting the manual for your body, except much more pleasant to read than a technical manual.
There are things you should know about how your body works that are not at all obvious... in fact, they are counter-intuitive - for example, you'd think to lose weight, you'd need to eat less often.

I honestly believe that anyone who reads this book will see the value in it, and never reget the purchase - I'm pretty sure he has a guarantee too, just in case. I think it would save you a lot of time over trying to find a good site and get all of the information from other sources. There's so much conflicting information out there that you'd have a really hard time separating the fact from the fiction. I KNOW Tom's methods work great!

Good luck, and good health!

Glen

The best way to keep fit is to stay OFF the websites and go out and walk around the real world.
