This is like a N'awlins one-dish skillet. Slice up the sausage and saute it with the tomatoes. Add onions and peppers if you have them. Add lots of cajun seasoning. Toss in the corn. Serve over steamed rice.

cook the sausage, then boil the rice, add the tomatoes and corn, put on low heat and add a little water, then put the sausage in the mix. It tastes great.
