Tiramisu. Yummy.

Okay, someone already said that. Hmmmm.....anything with raspberry (which I don't like, personally, but everyone in my family loves) is a good compliment with coffee. So a chocolate cake square not frosted but topped with some heated raspberry and whipped cream would be yummy, and you could dress it up for company by shaking some cocoa powder over the whipped cream!

I like parfaits A LOT. Which is why I like Tiramisu -- it's parfait-like. So you could make some custard or vanilla pudding (instant is fine, it'll be so dressed up no one will notice), layer it in a wine glass or tequila glass between thin slices of chocolate cake and any kind of natural jam you like, such as raspberry, but strawberry works too! Or you can switch the jam for whipped cream. You could also soak the cake slices in coffee or a coffee flavored liquor such as Kahlua.

You really can't go wrong with either a blonde or brunette with coffee. But with tea, you really need a redhead.
