Be yourself... If you are not charming, don't try to fake it...
But if you must...
1. Be a intentive listener-- don't inturrupt. Look into her eyes when she is talking to you.
2. Don't be negative. Try to find the good in everything unless the subject is, by nature, a negative one... ie death, violence, etc.
3. Don't be shy-- give compliments-- and not cheesy ones... give ones that come from your heart.
4. Be ready to spend money. If you don't have the money, make sure you take your date to places that don't require money... Park, Beach, Moonlit walks... etc
5. Dress well and smell nice... Very, Very Important.

Try to be diplomatic
Smile a lot
Be agreeable when it is possible
It is easier then being disagreeable and more fun.
People will like being around more
And you will like yourself better.
