ABOUT MY DIMENSIONS AT THAT AGE . START WITH A 19 " AN 18 " WILL BE OUT GROWN IN MONTHS , RAISING THE SADDLE WON'T WORK FOR TOO LONG . WITH A 19 " IT CAN LAST FOR A LOT LONGER , THEN ON TO A 21 " .( SIZE PERMITTING )

Wow 9 and 5 feet. My daughter is 11 and 4 11 and she is a size 12-14. (Childrens)

Probably a Womens Extra-Small. I think its a 14 inches. But if you see the 9 yr. fit, you could try a mens small. 15 inches in size.

But go to your nearest bycical dealer and have him fitted. Its usually free, unless the owners a greedy person.

im 13 and 5 feet tall, ya im short for my age but not the shortest in my grade.

go to a bike shop and get fitted. let the professionals help. it is worth the extra time and effort.
