Perhaps as we understand it, yes, cause and effect may be dependent on time. But would even be logical to have GOD dependent on time? No, He created it, and in actuality, it, and everything and everyone else, is dependent on Him. God is omnipotent, and omniscient. As for whether or not He has ever thought a new thought: no. The Creator of the Universe, the I AM, the Beginning and the End, God Himself, has never once said, "Hey, I've never thought of THAT before!". No. He knew and knows all things. As human beings we live within the limitations of time. The past cannot be changed, the present is being forged, and the future is uncertain. God, however, lives in eternity. For example, He's using prayers that we haven't even prayed yet to mold the future. He is everywhere, every time, at every moment, past, present, and future. We can't possibly understand it with our human minds that are subject to the limits of time itself, but I hope that this helps! God bless!

Every time he watches us do stupid thing he has to think of a new idea of how to clean up this new mess.
The whole time thing. The universe has always been a cause and efect universe. Time always was in the sense that events happened and where remembered. However the year was only a concept that came into being when the earth and its path around the sun was created. Then from this, man created a calender with months to break the year down into segments. The rotation of the earth created days. Hours and minutes where created by man to try to compartmentalize our days into schedules of things to do.
Time in it's simplist essence has always been. The occurance of actions and events that lead to something else. God was, he then created things. Angels, then the effect: God had relationship with other beings. Some chose to love, some chose to hate. Effect: The angel Lucifer became satan because of his own choices. Effect: God cast Satan out of heaven. God makes man. Effect: God has new beings to have relationship with. Man makes choices, some good some bad. Effect: man breaks relationship with God. Effect: God casts man out of Garden of eden. Effect: man is miserable and needs saving.......I could go on but you see that God has always lived in the same cause and effect universe that we live in. When people say that God is outside of time it just means he isn't bound by the limitations of how we as humans see time from our perspective.

I think God wonders where he messed up everytime the world does something really stupid, but he feels better when we do something really awesome. As for your second question, all I know is that everything had to start somewhere. Like a pencil. It's made out of wood, that came from an acorn, and so on and so forth, but where did it all begin. And alot of people believe God was the beginning. Hope that helps.

God is spiritual.
Einsteins theory's are based on physics.
I'm not so sure God invented time so to speak, but he is not affected by it.
When he created the universe, the angels shouted in joy. That is recorded in Job. Is time a universal thing or beyond?

Very confusing! I think he as thought of every thought since he has been here for an infinite time frame. Also, he does not live in this universe (at least I don't believe so) so he could have controlled in from where he is.

Jesus said that if it had not been done before, He would create it.
By faith & His Word He created. Speaking in faith & the Spirit is very powerful. Abide in His love & His Word, ask what you will & it will be given unto you. God delivered me from tobacco years ago just because I submitted to him & sang a song from scriptures promising deliverence.

Hello...... God can do anything he wants because he's *make believe*.
I swear, listening to you poor deluded fools argue about what powers your imagary creation has is like listening to a bunch of five year old kids arguing while playing with their G.I. Joes.

Well since he knows everything, he even knows what he was going to think before he thought it.

Time is a human concept. God has always existed and will always exist. HE IS THE ALPHA AND OMEGA!
He is a GOD and whatever he does is what he does. You cant question his glory and magnificence.

The reason we can't answer this is because we are merely finite. God is infinite.
