I really love my boyfriend, and we've been going out for 9 months now. The problem is this: Our relationship seems to go nowhere, we never hold hands, or kiss, or anything. There's this guy that I've known my whole life, and I really really like him, and I always have. I don't know who to go out with. If I break up with my boyfriend, I'm afraid he'll hate me, and he'll be heart broken for sure. I also don't want to dump him and go out with this other guy, just to break up with him in a few months. Then both make me so happy, and I love them both. My boyfriend's family and friends also really like me, and I don't want to upset them or make them mad. What should I do??? I'm really upset and confused.

I think what's happening between you and your boyfriend is that you guys are more like good friends like a brother/sister relationship. So maybe you should break up with him if you don't feel any intimacy but I suggest that you break up and then suddenly start another relationship since that would probably hurt your ex even more so if you really think your relationship will go "nowhere" then the relationship [as boyfriend/girlfriend] should end but that doesn't mean you two can't be friends because you can. Then I think you should wait awhile until your ex gets over his previous relationship with you and then go out with whoever you like.

try giving it a little more time. 9 months is long enough for you two to be able to talk about certain things like this together. confront him about it and tell him how you feel. not about the other guy, about the fact that it seems your relationship is going nowhere. if he truly loves you, he'll tell you what is going on. good luck

You need to get yourself together before you make a major decision like this that will affect another person. Just tell your boyfriend how you feel about him not being affectionate with you. If he acts like he doesn't care, then that's your answer time to move on. But you first need to make sure you are together totally before you move on. And as for famiy members of your ex they come and go...they probably won't like you once you break it off any way.

Why exactly do you refer to this guy as your boyfriend? It sounds to me like he's your friend that happens to be a guy, nothing more. Are you sure he even wants the kind of romantic relationship you seem to be seeking? Maybe you need to find out what's on his mind before making any decisions about dating.

If you really love your boyfriend then tell him how you feel about that you are not kissing,holding hands or anything.If he is not that great the n break up with him and go with the other guy.

tell him how you feel that your relationship isn't going nowhere that you really want to it to be something special but without nothing from you its Nada so tell him how you feel maybe hes feeling the same way but thinks you don't want to do anything maybe that's it but who knows just tell him what he feels about it and see and you do to take your time to talk to him

you have to decide do i want to stay in this relationship or move on to another one. and its totally your decision. you should talk to your boyfriend about your relationship not going anywhere let him know how you feel maybe he feels the same way.
