How about Dale Nolan Johnston? He currently lives in Asheville, Ohio. And was convicted of a brutal double murder that took place in 1982. But due to a technicality, he was released and allowed to rejoin society until they decide to reprosecute him.

I don't think that anyone can judge that. We can condemn others so easily but when it comes to our own mistakes (however small they may seem) we turn a blind eye. Only God knows who "deserves" what punishment, and we should leave it up to Him. :)

I personally don't know anyone but I expect God will punished those who choose not believe in him and reject his son-Jesus Christ and they will be punished for eternity.
