It might well have been a miscarriage. If not, then there are innumerable other factors that might have contributed to it. Take a pregnancy test if this is a possibility, and if it comes out negative, then I would suggest taking some home measures for a few days. Eat smaller, more frequent meals, drink your full 8 glasses of 8 ounces of water a day, also try a little milk, tea (I reccomend green tea or peppermint for stomach problems), or a juice lower in citric acid. Take note of how soon you become nauseated after eating and what foods you're eating, and see if you notice a pattern. Some over the counter antacids or indigestion medicines might help to relieve your discomfort. If none of these efforts help you, then go see a doctor.

I think it's related to how your liver processes estrogen. You might want to do a liver cleanse. The last one I used was sold by Thislyn and included drinking more water than usual (get used to the flavor of tree bark). Also try eating lower-fat foods - more salads and grilled fish or chicken. If that doesn't work, try taking some salmon oil capsules (not the same kind of fat), especially if you are getting nauseated AND dizzy.

You can still have a slight period if you are pregnant, and it really sounds like you are pregnant. Try taking a test to either confirm it or rule it out. If it is negative take another just be sure. If you have two negative tests go see a doctor. Best of luck to you.
