In Croatian it's: Ruža.
The letter 'u' in this case sounds exactly like 'oo' in 'too', and 'ž' sounds like 'j' in the French name 'Jacques'. It's not a fashionable name nowadays; it sounds a bit rural and outdated. That's about the name!
And the flower is: ruža, but this time 'u' is shorter, and sounds like 'oo' in 'good'. Roses are very popular as flowers, though, and women gladly receive them :-))

In Serbian, it's "ruža". Explanation of pronunciation goes exactly the same as for Croatian.
The root of the word is Latin, and that's why it's so similar in many European languages.

Here is a link to it. I don't have Hebrew font so I had to find a link for you.
The Hebrew name for "Rose" is "Vered." It is pronounced "VEH-red," just like it looks in English.

Another Hebrew name for "Rose" is "Shoshana" or "Shoshanah," also known as "Susanna" or "Susannah." "Shoshana" spelled either way (1st or 2nd version) is pronounced "sho-SHAH-nah."
