If you have not eaten anything which could have given you food poisoning, you might have the stomach virus.
Give it a little of time and see if it's getting worse or better. if it's getting worse go to the doctor if it's getting better, Just give it some time.
To avoid getting this in the future, Wash your hands often with hot water and soap. To wash your hands long enough sing happy birthday. I can't remember if it was 1 or 2 X. Anyhow wetting the germs and drying your hands is not enough. WASH your hands WELL.
Use tissue when opening the bathroom door to leave. You don't want to pick up the yuckies from people who are too lazy to wash correctly on your clean hands.
Be aware that fast food places especially drive through, is a good place to become infected.
Think about it. Maybe you've been out shopping or to the gym. You've touched many commonly touched areas. Most people do not wash their hands well or often. At the drive through you have to handle money, (probably the germiest thing around).
Think about it the next time you lick some catsup from your fingers from the french fries or hamburger you are holding.
There is something worse than ingesting germs. Your saliva can kill off some of the germs and some don't even make it do infect you. However if you touch your nose or your eyes with someones cooties on your hands, You have Zero protection in your nose or eyes. It is the equivalent of injecting the germs right into your system. So clean your hands before changing your contacts, scratching your eye, wiping a tear, scratching, wiping or picking your nose.

Where is the pain, all over, or on the right side? Is the pain sharp, or dull? Does the pain move? When did you last have a BM? Press in on the right side of your stomach, firmly, then let go, did the pain get way worse? Are you throwing up? What does it look like? Are you nauseated? How bad? How long has the pain been going on? Can you hear or feel your stomach rolling? Is it that time of the month?
are you running a fever? Do you have any other symptoms? Answer all of these questions, call your doctor with the answers, and let him/her advise you what to do.

Did anyone else eat the same food you did in the last one to 48 hours? Do they have similar symptoms? Or you may have stomach flu which can come on suddenly but usually last 12-24 hours. Feel better

Need more details. Otherwise, call your doctor. If your stomach hurts to the point where it is excruciating and especially if it hurts when you push on the lower right section of your stomach, go to the hospital, it could be appendicitis.

Try taking some antacid, and see if that helps. If you start throwing up and having diarrhea, but no fever, its probably food poisoning. Let it run its course, you body needs to get rid of the poison, but if you start getting dehydrated, get to the doctors FAST.
