Read the label. Those things are crap usually loaded with sugar and probably has a tad of caffeine in it.
Plus diet green tea is oxymoronic. Green tea is healthy period, It does not need to be "diet."
Go find a C- or J-store and buy real green tea. Make your own iced green tea.

Arizona makes a Decaf Diet Green Tea,so if it doesn't say Decaf it might have some Caffeine in it.

well it does contain but in a very small amount.
All teas (green, black, and oolong) are derived from the same plant. The difference is in how the plucked leaves are prepared. Green tea, unlike black, and oolong tea, is not fermented, so the active constituents remain unaltered in the herb. The leaves of the tea plant are used both as a social and medicinal beverage.
