For an adult, you would figure 105 lbs. for the first 5 feet, and 5 lbs. for every inch over 5 feet. Add 10% if big boned, subtract 10% if small framed, leave as-is for average build.

So the weight can range from as little as 147 lbs. to a high of 170 lbs.

A 15-y/o is still growing and developing, so it's hard to say exactly. It is probably some where below the 147 adn above the 170 for now.

But however you are made, you are fien just like you are!

Getting on a scale and finding your weight is not the best way to tackle your body goals. Remember that a scale is measuring everything in your body: brains, organs, bone, muscle, water, cartilage, etc... So what is your goal here: weight loss, gain or maintenance? A better measure of your body is 1. how you feel (stressed, tired, sad, depressed, injured, can't concentrate), 2. your measurements (circumference of each- the neck, upper arms, chest, waist, hips, thighs, calves & ankles), 3. how your clothes fit. 4. your energy level, 5. how well you sleep at night. Also, you are still growing, so go for the feeling and fit rather than just the look. You have youth on your side!

Hello tall girl! I'm officially a member of the girl club myself.

As for weight, it depends on your bone structure. The way to figure that out is by looking at your wrists. If you can wrap your fingers around your wrist and have a your thump overlap your finger, then you're small boned, if you can't you're either medium boned or large boned.

The weight for a tall girl can range anywhere from 130-160 pounds (we're lucky - we get a big range). But the bad part is that if you lose 5 pounds, it won't be readily noticable.

Do a google search for ideal weight if you want the clinical ideal weight. I found this one for you too: http://www.halls.md/ideal-weight/body.htm

Finally, always remember that at 15 you still have baby fat and growing to do. You're going to probably have weight fluxuations, but try not to let them get you down. It's natural and part of growing up.

You should look up your BMI (Body Mass Index) to give you a range of what's normal for your height. Just enter BMI on the Yahoo Search Engine and I'm sure you'll find a good link.
