im 18 about to be 19...should i get fake breasts? i do not want big big ones i just want a full C cup ( i am a B now).

No...just be happy with who you are, there are a lot of things you have to take into consideration. First of all, there are risks...you could get an infection and become seriously sick, in which case you might end up getting your breasts removed for good. And you have to be sure you have a good doctor or he could just butcher you. Also, breast implants are very expensive, I mean your young, why would you want to waste your money like that, and you have to get them replaced like every ten years, which means more money. And god forbid one of those things should burst. You're so young, there are more important things you should be concerned with. Please take care of yourself and make a wise decision.

Why can't you just be happy with what you have instead of trying to change the way you are. Fake breasts are just a waste of money. You are perfectly fine the way you are now.

Aack, no! Learn to enjoy what nature gave you. There is no universally attractive size so you might just find a guy you really like and he hates your new fake hemispheres. Gawd they look just awful!

Noo way, you're only 18... Why do you want a bigger breast? To please guys? You don't need a big fake breast to please guys. Think of all the woman who are beautiful&sexy without a big breast. Even actresses/singers: Gwen Stefani, Shakira, etc.

The question you need to ask yourself is this: why do I want bigger breasts? Surgery is not the answer, believe me.

you should really wait, because most women grow until they are about 25. Most plastic surgeons really do not like to do an augmentation until you have past your growth peak.
