I don't know if they have McDonald's and all that in Vietnam, but I know when I used to live overseas, McD's and BK were like heaven to me!
Pizza Hut is good...then there's Bennigan's, TGIFridays and Applebee's.
Or, if you wanted to be fancy, take them to a steakhouse or one of those nice restaurants with the fancy presentations...

Ok. It kind of depends on where you're from. But, really I lived overseas for over 8 years - and I rarely ate McDonalds and Burger King - But, when I did - It was great.
But, If you want to take your cuz somewhere fancy or just nice with good food - I suggest you go to Chilli's (really good food) or Olive Garden.
If you're interested in Buffet's, I suggest: Ponderosa, Maybe? Or, Old Country Buffet??? ---NO, Ponderosa is better!!!

Go to a large buffet place with a lot of different foods, this way surely your cousin can find something to eat. I like Western Sizzlin and the Golden Corral. I'm not sure if you'll have them in your area, though.
