It wouldn't hurt to have a copy of his birth certificate and immunization records too. I flew earlier this year with my son (who was almost 2 then) and they didn't ask for any ID for him. But to save delays and headaches it helps to be prepared. If your son has a passport, bring that too.
And bring lots of toys and treats to keep him busy. Last thing you want is to be stuck on an airplane with a bored child.

Yes, of course you will need a prove of his existence, so bring with you his birth certificate. More, if you travel internationally, be sure you have all documents for travelling with him, some countries require that the child have its own passport, for some others is enough to include the child in your own passports and for others is enough the birth certificate. And also, get informed on the regulations of the country you live in, for some it is necessary to have the written approval of the other parent to take the child out of the country. Take care

YES! You will need ID for your child. Bring a copy of the birth certificate or a passport! (Good idea to get one for him...get one.)
ALSO, if you are married (or maybe even if not), you will need a permission slip from his father saying that he knows of your taking your son on this trip and grants you permission.
I learned all this travelling with my son since he was three months and now is 13 yrs. old.
Good luck and have fun!

Yeah I study this similar article and puzzled a similar ingredient. With Palin making use of each and every of the authorities funds no ask your self why she will be able to arise with the money for to gown staggering. Her earned income is going to her dresser. And why arent her toddlers in college. also the article reported that she replaced into taking her toddlers to activities that they werent invited to and then writing it off. that's yet another excuse I dont like her. She replaced into also being investigated for abuse of skill about per week in the past.

No, passengers under 18 are not required to show ID. You will not be asked to verify his ID.

Carry a certified copy of his birth certificate with you, not the original.
