and i mean an actual toy breed, not like munchkines their legs are just shorter than the normal cat, i mean my grandma had a teacup poodle she only weighed 2lbs full grown and she could fit into a teacup!

Well, dogs are originally a large species. So, they can be breed with slightly smaller ones and eventually be toy-sized.The domestic cat species, on the other hand are small creatures. So, you can't exactly breed them to be teacup-sized animals.

pretty much "kitties" are toyz, they are like miniture lions, so in a way thay are, see.
