My family had migrated from Hamburg, Germany to Norka, Russia and lived there for 250 years before coming to the United States in the late 1800's. Does that qualify me?

kinda I came from Europe couple of years ago and I can speak fluently in Russian, Turkish, English, and one other language.
You should definetely visit Russia it is so cool there. I love Russia!
