Yes you can. You will be classed as a mature student, and if you have a degree it must be an honours degree with a lower first or upper second class degree as the minimum. you can then start your degree in mediscine or surgery which will take 4-5 years.

You will need to do a Medical Degree. Some colleges do a year long 'Access to Higher Education' course - to get you used to studying again. And then enroll on a Medical Degree at University - the couse lasts at least 4 years, then you have got to do 2 or 3 years working in a hospital as a Houseman, before you are officially a doctor.

Well, you can do the same, but if what you are pursuing is Medicine, then go straight ahead, don't go through nursing, 'cause it'll take TOO LONG. If you are not sure, then you can probably do nursing and stay there if you like it.
And remember that it's not guaranteed that after you do nursing, you will be automatically entered into medical school, it's usually very tough to get in. I'm sure, however, that you have the will and the commitment to get whatever you like.
As someone else mentioned here, GOOD GRADES are the single most important thing, and not only good grades, EXCELLENT GRADES!
Good luck!

If you had started college and medical school early, you can, but even if you start at 12-13 you would become a doctor around 25. Otherwise, if you mean just start school at 23, just go through college, get good grades (This is very important) and then see what schools will take you. Do NOT go to a medical school outside of the US/UK/France, whatever the big countries are. Foreign medical graduates are treated poorly, and at times they are undertrained, especially if you go to school somewhere like Guatalahara.
