my daughter did a pirates theme with a treasure map and a treasure of toys at the end, they all got an eye patch and had a ball. all the kids loved it even the boys so noone was left out.

Just observe what she is interested in. This way the party will be a theme that she enjoys, not just a theme you think she will enjoy.
