Since Alf has such large ears, it would be too much of a temptation for Mike Tyson. However, Tyson's voice might remind Alf of a pussy cat, and Alf would go insane trying to eat him.

Provided Alf can get a license (the blood test rules come to mind), Alf by KO or Alf by DQ.
Alf has to watch his snout though. Hitting with that is illegal, as most referees would interpret that as a headbut
